Organic Cotton

Cotton is the most famous and common textile fibre used worldwide. It is used from apparel ware, home textiles to mattress ticking. This fibre comes from a family of plants called the Mallow and can get 2m tall. 

Cotton is considered organic when it grows from a plant without genetic modification, and farmers do not use toxic synthetic insecticides, herbicides or fungicides.

The main advantages of this fibre are:

  • Biodegradable.
  • The consumption of this fibre reduces the use of insecticides in 25% worldwide. (friend of the environment).
  • Soft texture.
  • Free from toxic elements which guarantees an advantage to our health.
