With a fully integrated, vertical production, the result of more than 50 years of experience, our technical team, from ID to logistics, through design and production, has at your disposal the best technology available on the market, where we produce a wide range of fabrics and knits intended for covering bedding articles.

ID

Innovation has been in Flexitex's DNA since the day it was created. Daily, we analyze the market, in partnership with our customers, studying, designing and testing new fabrics and new finishes. Flexicare Move came from our ID department: a mattress cover with sensors, which allows the monitoring of movements in bedridden people, sending alerts to caregivers through an app. It is a useful system in the domestic context, hospitals, nursing homes and nursing homes. Flexitex's commitment to innovation is a way of being that distinguishes us over the years.

DESIGN

Knits and fabrics convey feelings of comfort and well-being. The design captures the attention and involves those who lie on a mattress. PREPARATION

After receiving the raw yarn, it is the dyeing and the production of webs that will allow us to start the entire manufacturing process.

WEAVING

Production of knits and fabrics, using machines and the latest techniques. Over the decades, the modernization of our production line has been a constant.

FINISHING

In this phase we incorporate final technical characteristics to the fabrics and fabrics, through physical and chemical treatments. It is in the finish that the performance of our products will be defined in terms of touch, resistance, appearance, density, dimensional stability and functionality.
